Rethinking Ragtime

I became addicted to ragtime several years ago, suddenly and somewhat randomly. This album is the result of that obsession and the last several years of study and composition that followed. I'm a classical transplant tackling ragtime, the quintessentially American genre, but taking it in my own direction. The album has eight originals and three classics (with my own twists of course).
